Nursery and Play Group Sessions
What to expect In my sessions I offer a variety of themes to suit the nursery and the children’s interests or I have a just for fun plan! Themed sessions will be planned with the nursery staff in order to link in with their curriculum and forward planning. Fun sessions involve a lot of music and movement and using percussion instruments. We will sing “well loved” nursery rhymes and use props and pictures to stimulate the children’s interests. We will end with relaxing songs with bubbles (if you wish) and maybe also a story to finish. Mostly aimed at under 3’s. I also do some quick craft activities such as making a shaker and then using them throughout the session. Mask making for Old MacDonald’s farm, Finger puppets for Hickory Dickory Dock or jigsaws for Humpty Dumpty. Aimed at 3-5yrs.
A guide to prices and lengths of sessions As you will be well aware different age groups will cope with different session lengths and activities. All prices and session lengths can be discussed and suited to the individual setting’s needs.
